  • Once logged in, navigate to the Support section.

  • On this page, you'll see Active and Closed Tickets. Here, you can click the "New ticket" button to start the ticket submission process.

While it's possible to submit a ticket through our chat system without having an account, we encourage creating an account to manage your support tickets more effectively. This approach ensures that you can track the progress of your requests and access our support services efficiently.
