Email Accounts on cPanel: Our cPanel hosting plans come with the advantage of unlimited email accounts, providing flexibility and extensive options for business communications.

HestiaCP Email Limits: It’s important to note that accounts with HestiaCP have specific limits set for email accounts to ensure optimal performance and manageability.

Email Protocols: Both IMAP/POP for incoming mail and SMTP for outgoing mail are supported, making it easy to set up your email accounts on various devices and mail clients.

Webmail Access: You can access your email anywhere, anytime using webmail. It's compatible with all major browsers and provides a convenient way to manage your emails without the need for additional software.

Webmail Link: Access webmail through webmail.[yourdomain.com] or by navigating to [yourdomain.com]/webmail. Additionally, you may use the webserver's hostname for a direct connection.

Mailserver Names for Both Panels: Typically, it’s mail.[yourdomain.com]. In some cases, the webserver hostname is also an alternative that can be used effectively.

Username: This will be your full email address, like you@[yourdomain.com], ensuring a professional appearance for your correspondence.

Password Management: You have full control to set and reset your email account passwords through the panel's interface, maintaining the security and integrity of your communications.

Incoming Mailserver Settings: To receive emails, configure your client with SSL turned on, using Port 993, which is generally the default setting for enhanced security.

Outgoing Mailserver Settings: For sending emails, the recommended settings are to have SSL activated on Port 465, again focusing on secure communication channels.
